Dear Bob-san: The Day before Easter 2012
I was sitting down and watching NHK program this early afternoon here in Arcadia, CA. I watched The total one hour program of what you contributed to Iwate Jazz 2011,
You have just lifted the Spirit of people in Oofunato, Iwate, and Japan on your last Iwate jazz 2011. The degree of spiritual height is started from the disaster areas to the top of Mt Fuji and finally to the top of Himalayas Summit mountain ranges.
The every member of the band players participated Iwate Jazz 2011 has been so ecstatic and I believe you have resurrected their spirit and soul from disaster stricken areas on this day before Easter in 2012.
Just for your information, one of members of the band expressed that she can play piano and her desire could play piano with you and so she wish she could play even just few note when you go to Iwate for the next performance. This is what I overheard in this TV dialogue.
What a beautiful performance you conducted not only as the foremost as a human being but also as the ambassador of the music world ,which resonate from Japan to throughout the world.
I will join you as “Put our hearts together movement.”
I am 79 years old and your music also lift my heart and spirit and I felt being young again.
ARIGATOU for your performance at Iwate Jazz Festival.
For Your Better Health
